How many people can be in the studio with me?

Studio A can accommodate up to 5 people

Studios B can accommodate 3

Studio C can accommodate 4

What’s the difference between the studios.

Size and equipment. Each studio is designed to have the highest quality possible. But, some studios have different feels.

What recording software do we use?

We use Pro Tools in all of our studios. We do have Ableton and FL studios for beat-making and other projects.

When does my time start?

Time starts from the time of booking. Make sure to be on time. Unless the issue is on our end, your time will start running even if you’re late.

Are deposits required?

Yes; deposits are required to book a slot. Deposits are not refundable unless you cancel 2 hours in advance of your booked time.

Do I have to pay a deposit for video shoots?

Yes; a mandatory non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book a video.

We do not provide phone chargers, make sure you’re prepared.

Is the mix included?

If you finish your recording within the scheduled time, your engineer can begin to mix. Keep in mind that an engineer cannot mix a full song in just 15 minutes. You can book an additional time to mix.

Please do not smoke on the front steps, there is a large back deck for your use.

How long is the studio open?

The studio is always open so long as there is an engineer to take the session.

Do we host listening parties, release parties, and birthday parties?

Yes, we will assign you to a studio according to the size of your group. You'll have use of our kitchen and back deck for your event.

Who’s the best engineer?

All of our engineers are extremely talented and experienced.

How long do we store tracks?

We will store your tacks on our system for 6 months and then they are deleted. We offer data transfer in case you’d like to have them yourself.

What mics do you use?

You can look into our mic locker and explore what we have to offer.

What equipment do you use?

All equipment is listed in the studios’ tab.

I’m not happy with my track, how do I get a refund?

We do not provide refunds for sessions or mixes. 2 revisions are provided to each mix if you are not happy. (This does NOT include more tracking.) If you’re not satisfied at that point, talk to our management team and we will do everything we can to ensure you’re happy.
